This is the first DDR RAM release to be rated CL1.5 at DDR400 PC3200 speed. The modules are dual spec and the ratings are: CAS1.5 (1.5-2-2-5) @ DDR400 and CAS2.5 (2.5-4-4-7) @ DDR600.

Available as dual channel optimised kits in sizes 512Mb and 1Gb kits.
