High performance Rambus for Pentium 4 RDRAM systems. Most systems require PC800 RDRAM but new systems like the Dell Dimension 8250 requires PC1066.
For new custom-built systems we recommend PC1066 or PC1200 for best possible performance.

Rambus RIMM PC800/PC1066
This type of RAM is increasing in popularity. These modules operate at up to 533Mhz speed compared to 133Mhz for SDRAM. Most Pentium 4 systems support RDRAM modules for top performance. Our main Rambus supplier is Samsung and because we buy large quantities we are able to offer the best value RDRAM you will find anywhere.
We supply both non-ECC and ECC RDRAM from 64 to 512Mb. If you do not see that you need please let us know.
